Christopher Lovelock Best Paper Award
The Christopher Lovelock Best Paper Ward is named in memory of Christopher Lovelock who was one of the true pioneers in the service management field, and he was a good colleague, friend and mentor to many of us. The award winning paper will be selected from the refereed papers that were submitted to the conference. The award will be given to the most outstanding paper that reflects the true interdisciplinary nature of services.

Key Dates: The submission deadline for refereed research papers is February 20, 2010. The submission deadline for non-refereed research abstracts and proposals is March 15, 2010.
