Dean IE Business School

I want to give you the warmest welcome to the 6th Art and Science of Service Conference. This event has been jointly organized by Bentley University and IE Business School. As one of the Europe’s leading business schools, we are particularly honored to host this prestigious event, which we hope will provide a great and pleasant opportunity for service researchers and practitioners from around the world to share ideas and examine future trends in services. IE Business School looks forward to welcoming you on June 2-4, 2010 in the beautiful city of Madrid.

We are very excited about this event, which will gather a select group of researchers and practitioners to analyze and discuss the present and future challenges for service managers, with particular focus on how technology is affecting the delivery of high quality services. Guest participants from different industries and academic disciplines will provide a rich environment in which we can explore new ideas and expand our boundaries of service management and research. We hope that all participants will enjoy the conference, not only from a scientific perspective, but also from the social and cultural aspect.
